I loved the work culture and mission that 826LA follows. My coworkers were fun and always ready to help the children in our space.

When working for AmeriCorps, I would recommend living at home or at a very inexpensive housing situation.

I'd ask your employer, if you are interning, what specific job you will have in the office before accepting an internship and try to organize introductions with as many people in your company as possible!
