This is your chance to learn the full stack of modern product management, from user research and wireframing to agile dev sprints and product-market feedback, all while working on something that improves lives.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Discovery
  • Interview families, student caregivers, and clinical advisors to understand pain points.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product priorities.
  • Identify unmet needs in caregiving, aging, and health navigation.
• Feature Development & Roadmapping
  • Help scope new features and improvements across our web and mobile platforms.
  • Write product specs, user stories, and requirements in collaboration with engineering.
  • Prioritize feature requests based on impact and feasibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with design, engineering, and operations to bring ideas from concept to launch.
  • Facilitate agile sprint planning and track key deliverables.
  • Communicate progress and blockers in weekly team syncs.
• Product Analytics & Iteration
  • Use tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Google Analytics to measure feature usage.
  • Suggest data-driven improvements and rapid experiments.
  • Track KPIs and help define what success looks like.

Ideal Candidates

• Students studying Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
• Deep interest in healthcare, caregiving, or socially impactful tech.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you're a translator between users and developers.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Jira, or Airtable.
