Sales Representative

Job Overview:

GoldenHome Cabinetry Inc. is seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Representative with a focus on project builders to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the building and construction industry and a strong ability to develop relationships with project builders, contractors, and developers. This role involves driving sales growth by targeting large-scale building projects and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with project builders, contractors, and developers to expand our market share in the building and construction industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target large-scale projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project builders, architects, and key decision-makers to promote GoldenHome Cabinetry Inc.'s products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project builders, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and offer customized solutions that align with their specifications and budget.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting GoldenHome Cabinetry Inc.'s product range to project builders and developers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products’ features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with project builders to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products for building projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, addressing any issues or changes promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback using CRM and other sales tools.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and participate in regular sales meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the building and construction industry or related fields preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets with project builders or in the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with project builders, contractors, and developers.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
