Your Role

We are recruiting for internship and graduate opportunities in the following roles. 

Investment Banking: 

Help clients raise money in capital markets and advise on mergers & acquisitions. Your role will rely heavily on financial modelling to advise in these areas.

You will act as the liaison between clients and investors. You will create models and use them to advise clients on long- and short-term financial goals. You will also solicit funds from investors for clients.

You will work on a small team focusing on a specific industry to create and execute deals, taking them from origination and research to structuring and negotiation.  This will require a close interface between your team and other professionals, such as lawyers and accountants, as well as the client CEOs and CFOs. When a deal is nearing closure, expect to be a valued member of the team and work as hard as your colleagues.
