Responsibilities:

- Participate in training and certification courses.

- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.

- Handle inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats.

- Commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Qualifications:

- Customer experience preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.

- Quiet workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable internet.

- Professionalism with strong typing and computer skills.

- Willingness to undergo background check, drug test, and voice assessment.

- Strong work ethic and focus on customer satisfaction.

- Must be articulate with excellent English command.

- 18 years or older with a high school degree.

- Authorized to work and reside in the US.

Technical Requirements:

- Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better processor.

- Minimum 20 GB available space and 60 GB total space.

- Minimum internet download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.

- Windows 10 (64bit) Operating System.

- Desktop or laptop with wired connection and Ethernet cable.

- Incompatible devices include Netbooks, tablets, and all Mac Machines.
