Our ‘Growth Scout’ opportunity is a fully remote 6-month work experience where scouts help bulletpitch with subscriber growth and deal sourcing.
You'll have the chance to learn about VC through hands-on experience, advance your career with resume credentials, referral for job opportunities, and gain access to bulletpitch's extensive network of entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, and as well as like minded students.

Position Details:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for this opportunity. Growth Scouts will have two main jobs. First, helping drive subscriber growth and engagement. Second, sourcing startups.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our diligence, marketing, growth, and community teams to develop and execute creative campaigns, analyze user data, optimize our subscriber acquisition and retention strategies, and source startups. You will also get to interact with fellow growth scouts, which will create a special community of like-minded individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement growth campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics and help develop strategies to improve user retention and growth.
- Help manage on campus outreach and partnership programs to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Representing the bulletpitch brand across your communities and as a first point of contact with founders you meet.
- Spot and source high-potential startups shaping the next generation on campus, during an internship, in your network, or throughout your everyday life.
