Smart Science Education Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to join and support our Content Team this spring/summer! In this position, you will be working closely with our Content Team as they write, edit, QA and release new content. We work with outsourcing teams who help with the uploading and operations of our content, so this role would primarily be supporting that team. Please note, this is a combination of a curriculum and content creation role, along with an operational role. This internship is great for undergraduates who want to gain experience in the EdTech space and learn more about the content side of EdTech.

Responsibilities
• Project planning for science labs
• Creation of trackers for outsourcing projects to keep track of % of work completed and estimated deadlines, etc.
• Working with and managing any outsourcing teams on projects for content/sales, keeping the team on track for deadlines
• QA of work completed by the outsourcing team

Qualifications
• Current undergraduate planning a bachelor's degree in Science
• Extreme attention to detail and personal organizational skills
• Strong cross team communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well versed in google sheets/excel and able to easily create work trackers utilizing formulas, data charts, etc.
