Temporary Business Process Analyst

Position Description 
Support and contribute to business process development, documentation, and improvement in the following areas: 

·      Development and rollout of the International Operations Program - Process Asset Library, with a particular focus on building and managing the repository process assets 
·      Business process and procedure development, documentation, and implementation by working with department subject matter experts (SMEs)  
·      Rollout of a standardized Business Process Management Framework  
·      Facilitate process improvement initiatives by working with Business Process Owners, SMEs, and department/division staff  
·      Programs, initiatives, and methods for continuous business process improvement 
·      International operations business process expert for future development and implementation of new systems and process improvements 
·      Preparation for regularly scheduled management reviews with PAL Stakeholder and Steering Committees through data analysis and drafting content as needed 
·      Supports change management and communications needs and activities for rollout of the Process Asset Library  
·      Training on Business Process Management framework and design/development of procedures and other documentation 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
·      Demonstrated technical knowledge, experience, and aptitude in business process improvement and management systems 
·      Experience with business processes across multiple corporate functions (human resources, finance, procurement, information technology, etc.) 
·      Experience distilling problem definitions, models, and constraints from informal business requirements 
·      Experience drafting communication and training materials for the adoption of new business processes  
·      Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint Online or other business process mapping tool  
·      Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing, and to lead presentations, training, and meetings 
·      Ability to work effectively on a team and foster relationships across other departments 
·      Ability to support work across multiple time zones with international colleagues 
·      Extremely high attention to detail and problem-solving skills essential. 
·      Demonstrated ability to quickly master new tasks.  

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience
