Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an IT- Customer Support – Journey to in Seattle, WA to support the ITD Revenue Systems Support Unit. The Revenue Systems Support Unit is the central support group for all Wave2Go, point of sale, and Save A Spot reservations technology and software. This group supports the nearly 1,500 employees and contractors involved in selling and redeeming tickets and reservations at nineteen terminals throughout the Ferries system. This team supports multiple types of hardware, drivers for that hardware and administration of services. The team provides support from tier one (front line) to tier three (application coding) to resolve issues related to these business services.
