Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

How you will spend your days as an HR Coordinator:
  • Lead orientation on-boarding program for associates to learn about their new position, our company and culture
  • Local payroll contact
  • Review and maintain workers compensation files
  • Benefits advocate
  • Maintains and oversees DQ files and ensures compliance
  • Local projects as they become available

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:
  • Associate degree in Business Admin or a related field preferred. Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • Bilingual in Spanish 
  • This role requires strong organizational skills. We are a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities.
  • Above average verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have a high degree of patience with the ability to recognize potential problems.
