Remote Customer Service Representative
We are seeking customer service oriented to join a remote team. This is an entry-level role handling inbound calls for members seeking healthcare information.
- Receive inbound calls from individuals needing healthcare information.
- Provide great customer service and have empathy and kindness at all times
- Provide resources and information as provided in your initial training.
- Team member must have personal laptop/computer (NOT a tablet)
- Team member must have a working smartphone (NOT a landline)
- Team members must have an earpiece or another device.
- Location: FULLY REMOTE
- Hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm MST (You choose an 8-hour block)
- Pay Rate: $14/hr
