Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking customer service oriented to join a remote team. This is an entry-level role handling inbound calls for members seeking healthcare information.
Job Duties
  • Receive inbound calls from individuals needing healthcare information.
  • Provide great customer service and have empathy and kindness at all times
  • Provide resources and information as provided in your initial training.
Requirements
  • Team member must have personal laptop/computer (NOT a tablet) 
  • Team member must have a working smartphone (NOT a landline)
  • Team members must have an earpiece or another device.
Job Details
  • Location: FULLY REMOTE
  • Hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm MST (You choose an 8-hour block)
  • Pay Rate: $14/hr
  • Background Check: Yes
