Administrative Assistant
Secretarial and clerical duties for one or more people. Answers telephones, schedules appointments, plans and coordinates travel arrangements, distributes mail, receives visitors and maintains files and correspondence. Assists with developing and updating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and documents in support of team activities. Captures meeting notes and follow up on action items as appropriate. Supports special departmental projects as needed. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Demonstrated strength with multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail. Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills. Be customer service-focused with the ability to work collaboratively with others including interaction with internal and external contacts.

Bulk of the work is calendar management for SVP & 3 VPs
May be some credit card reconcialiation (expenses)
MS Outlook, MUST have
Confluence, nice to have (aka Jira, Atlassian)
MUST be extremely professional, well-spoken, have great attention to detail
