Leadership and Talent Development Coordinator

As a Cheesecake Leadership and Talent Development Intern you will play an integral part in supporting our Human Resource department by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how a Leadership and Talent Development department functions by interacting with the entire team as well as cross functionally with other departments. 
 
Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Talent Development, you will work with the Human Resource team located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the Leadership and Talent Development function for a global $2.5 billion public company with over 200 full-service restaurants and more than 40,000 staff members.
 
Here’s more of what you will get to do: 
·        Work on a cross-function project to help us understand the quality of our performance management process by auditing department performance reviews for quality, completion and comments.
·        Setup assessments, including EQ, 360, etc, to identify high potentials and build targeted development plans. 
·        Setup and coordinate webinars to our field leadership in the areas of Leadership, Communications and Building Teams. 
·        Other Organization, Leadership and Talent Development activities as developed.

Requirements:
·        Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.
·        Completed a minimum 2 years in post-secondary education.          
·        Majoring in Human Resources, Management, Business or related field.  
·        Minimum GPA of 3.0.
·        Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
·        Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Webex.
·        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
