Human Resources Intern
Essential Duties:
- Assist with planning, designing, organizing, and evaluating educational and training programs
- Ensure effective utilization of current training methods and techniques
- Assists in creating internal training videos
- Develops one internal e-learning training course
- Assists with developing employee onboarding plans
- Participates in the recruitment process by screening resumes and applications
- Assist with conducting telephone interviews
- Coordinate interviews for hiring department
- Prepare documentation for new and prospective hires
- Assist with safety programs
- Maintain labor law posters
- Assist with employee handbook revisions
- Participate is organizing company events
- Regular attendance and punctuality are an essential job duty

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience:
· Must be a Junior or Senior in an accredited university
Knowledge, Skills and General Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle job responsibilities under limited supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office software
- PC Desktop knowledge and usage required
