The Financial Management System (FMS) Section oversees operations of the City’s core

financial system, which includes Accounting Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting,

General Ledger, Business Intelligence, and Procurement.

● Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

● Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
