Organizational Change and Talent Intern

THE INTERNSHIP - ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND TALENT (Washington, D.C.)
The internship will require a high level of both quantitative and qualitative analysis and activities. Each intern will be responsible for leading an individual project which will be presented to the Executive team at the end of the summer and will receive mentorship from a business unit leader.

We’re looking for interns who can think creatively and analytically, embrace ambiguity and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a solution-focused mindset driven by making an impact.

 
THE ROLE 
  • Developing strategic global recruiting plans to accelerate company growth
  • Collecting and analyzing data to optimize talent acquisition and development
  • Developing a best-in-class onboarding/offboarding process to scale company-wide by working with every business unit to assess requirements and implement
  • Working with SVP of Talent and Operations


THE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Ideal candidate is pursuing a career in the Human Resources/Talent field and is a data nerd!
  • Previous internship or full-time professional experience
  • Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Well-organized, detail oriented, and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and execution
 
A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must!

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a start-up environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
