We are a District Office in Calabasas, just minutes away from both the Home Headquarters Office as well as the world-renown University of Farmers, that is seeking a qualified intern to work immediately.
This entry-level role will help provide a strong foundation and plenty of opportunities for growth for a motivated, hard-working individual who wants to be the best marketer they can be.
AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU ARE:
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- A fast learner who works well independently and has a keen attention to detail
- Enthusiastic to be a part of a small team in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative with problem solving and have a hands-on mindset
- Able to multi-task with a series of responsibilities and achieve outstanding results

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Interns contribute as full members of the Farmers District 44 team, with exposure in the following areas:
- Marketing Lead Generation and Procurement
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Leading recruitment campaigns to find quality talent for the district
- Social Media Management and Coordination
- Create exciting graphics and posts on social media platforms to spur community engagement
- Data Analysis and Tracking
- Manage and update company data Excel trackers
- Design Content
- Create monthly innovative e-newsletters that contribute to a culture of change and positive reinforcement at Farmers
