Private Equity Analyst Internship

At K Squared, you will have an opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will become an expert on the fund’s investment strategy and be exposed to live deals and transactions. We are looking for motivated and bright people with an interest in private equity and working in a startup environment. We employ techniques used in traditional private equity as well as startups, such as lean, agile, and growth marketing. Our internships include a level of training and experience that cannot be found elsewhere. Our Processes, Knowledgebase, Training Videos are designed to simplify our analyses and facilitate your transition to the team. At present, our internships are unpaid. There will be full-time opportunities with the fund or portfolio companies. We are prepared to provide letters of recommendation and introductions to our networks. 

This position presents a unique opportunity for highly-motivated individuals interested in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, or pursuing a transition into finance. In this role, you will gain valuable experience by sourcing investment opportunities, screening investment opportunities, developing financial models and creating valuations.
