Marketing Intern



Marketing Intern 

Key Responsibilities 

In this exciting role, you will be supporting the Beanfields Marketing team execute marketing campaigns, coordinate trade shows and field events, support influencer marketing and social media collaborations, and respond to our amazing partners.  

Success Factor #1: Consistently deliver marketing projects on time & within budget

·      100% on time delivery of marketing mailings, collateral, samples, donations

·      Coordinate influencer mailings and social media collaborations

·      Support and participate in field activations

·      Track and manage event, sample and collateral inventory and costs

·      Proactively collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve goals

·      Update online store locator 

Success Factor #2: Exceptional customer and media engagement  

·      Review and respond to all partnership and social media inquiries, sampling opportunities within 48 hours

·      Actively engage with brand on social media, elevating brand awareness among target audience

·      Reach out to media organizations to build awareness of brand, secure media placements, write press releases

·      Act as the marketing go-to person for all internal needs, jumping in to help as needed

Success Factor #3: On time delivery of Field of Beans Newsletter 

·      Proactively gather Beanfields news, field photos and information for monthly Field of Bean Newsletter

·      Work with designer and Marketing Manager to create newsletter

·      Monitor open rates and seek feedback for continuous improvement

 

Desired Skills & Experience

·      Extremely organized and able to prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously. Strong project management skills; developing timelines and meeting deadlines 

·      Superior oral and written communications skills.

·      Proven relationship builder, passion for providing high level of customer service and maintaining positive internal and external relationships.

·      Strong knowledge of the tools and ability of social media to drive awareness and engagement.

·      Resourceful and adept at finding creative ways to achieve goals without large resource pool.

·      Contagious energy and enthusiasm for the brand and living a nutritional and healthy life.

·      Bachelor’s or Masters degree in process (major in Marketing, Business, Sales, or other related field of study).

·      Self-starter with ability to take initiative and work independently. Creative, eager to learn.
