Global Strategy Consultant
The mission
To support F3's global expansion through strategic research, professional documentation, and operational excellence. Global Strategy Consultants drive the development of frameworks, presentations, and processes that enable F3 to scale its impact internationally.
Major roles and responsibilities
- Create professional presentations (pitch decks, board presentations, client deliverables)
- Develop operational workflows and process documentation for global initiatives
- Conduct legal and regulatory research for international market entry
- Produce strategic documents including business cases, market analyses, and feasibility studies
- Support due diligence processes and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting outputs
Specific responsibilities
Strategic Documentation
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders, partners, and potential clients
- Design pitch decks and investment materials that communicate F3's value proposition
- Develop executive summaries, briefing notes, and board papers
- Produce client-ready deliverables with professional formatting and clear insights
Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research on target countries and regions for expansion
- Perform competitive analysis and industry benchmarking
- Research legal requirements, regulatory frameworks, and compliance obligations
- Analyze business models and revenue opportunities in new markets
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
Legal and Compliance Support
- Research incorporation requirements and legal structures for international entities
- Assist with contract review and documentation
- Compile regulatory compliance checklists for different jurisdictions
- Support due diligence processes for partnerships and collaborations
- Maintain organized records of legal and compliance documents

- Onboarding: Initial orientation session with Head of Global Development (2 hours)
- Project work: 2-5 hours per week on assigned deliverables
- Team meetings: Bi-weekly sync meetings with global development team (1 hour)
