Responsibilities/Tasks 

·       Business case preparation for real estate related projects

·       Financial modeling related to real estate projects

·       Review and interpret various types of real estate documents

·       Assist with the due diligence efforts for real estate transactions

·       Assist with the project management of real estate transactions

·       Assist with tenant management

·       Perform real estate market research

Qualifications 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting

·       Internship in Investment Banking, Real Estate development or Real Estate brokerage a plus

·       Strong desire to learn about real estate and finance

·       MS office proficiency
