Key Projects
·   Analytics | We would like a fresh set of eyes to better understand how the Talent Management function is doing through the lens of enhancing the performance of employees through our offerings/interventions. You will be responsible for (1) identifying/creating a framework we can use to assess our effectiveness, (2) creating processes for reporting, and (3) deliver an initial findings & recommendations presentation to the Talent Management team.
·   Equinix Learning Exchange | The ELE is our internal learning management system. You will have the opportunity to structure a project aimed at our effectiveness leveraging the LMS as a learning vehicle for employees.
 
Responsibilities/Tasks 
·   Project and Program Management support for talent management programs (Executive Development, Talent Assessment (GPS), Onboarding, etc.)
·   Maintains and reports on project plan(s)
·   Coordinates program communications and annual program dates
·   Runs reports and high-level analysis of data
·   Researches best practices in talent management
·   Schedule meetings/interviews between the various constituents
·   Assist with the preparation of meetings and follow-up actions
·   Support the Administrative needs of the Talent Management
·   Perform requested duties in other departments as needed
 
Qualifications 
·   Microsoft: Familiar with MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
·   Statistics/Analytics: Comfortable working with data sets and extracting meaningful data description and analysis using statistical reasoning methods
·   Self-Starter: Comfortable taking the initiative and getting things done
·   Communications: Ability to articulate oneself both verbally and in writing
