Remote Account Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.  This is a remote opportunity to join a highly successful team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying clients’ insurance needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of insurance products, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options, terms, and benefits to clients.
  • Handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
  • Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and amendments.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and business coverage options.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing policy support and respond to customer inquiries and claims assistance.
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
  • People-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Property and casualty license (must be able to obtain.)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain.)
